At The Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized at-home ABA therapy for children with autism. With locations in Georgia, Arizona, and Massachusetts, we help children aged 2 to 18 achieve their developmental goals. ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Full-Time Behavior Technician ABA , you will :

  • Implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and record data on individual progress
  • Conduct functional assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping children develop essential skills for effective functioning in both home and community settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Your role will help facilitate skills acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement, making a difference every day.

    SCHEDULE :

  • Monday to Friday : 1 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : 11 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, childcare, teaching, or working with special needs
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to obtain CPR / BLS certification
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and occasionally on the floor
  • Quick response to ensure client safety
  • RBT certification is not required
