White Oak Partners LLC is a fast-growing consulting firm that specializes in providing actionable insights and data-driven strategies to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in the success of our clients by using your analytical skills to gather, analyze and interpret large sets of complex data. You will work closely with our team of consultants to identify key business challenges and opportunities, and help develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and improve performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business strategies
  • Create and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems
  • Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal team members through data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive business decisions based on data insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or business environment
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
