Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience using Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk and Software)
  • 4 years of experience in End User Testing of software releases
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience using Zendesk Help Desk
  • 2 years of experience using MS Modern Requirements
  • Specific skill set required

  • Strong experience in CRM & Help Desk system support
  • Hands-on expertise in Jira Service Desk & Software
  • Troubleshooting, user testing, and issue resolution.
  • Writing, reviewing, and maintaining knowledge base articles.
  • Experience in software User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with Zendesk Help Desk and MS Modern Requirements
