Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead all assembly and packaging line start-up activities for new product introduction including the development and authoring of URS for new equipment.
Work closely with the MSAT group for commissioning, qualification, and validation of new packaging equipment and re-qualification of existing packaging lines.
Implement traceability technology, including sterilization and aggregation.
Design assembly and packaging lines as well as develop technical documentation to support them.
Continuously improve the assembly and packaging process using systems such as OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other Continuous Improvement systems.

Requirements :

At least years of experience in packaging and assembly engineering.

Knowledge of various pieces of packaging equipment's.

Traceability technology knowledge.

Experience in Tech Transfer in the pharmaceutical industry, including formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, / or packaging and labelling.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Experience outweighs degree).
