A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager- Partner Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead revenue cycle onboarding for health system partners, including payer enrollment and clinic setupOversee RCM performance, ensuring accurate billing, denial management, and payment reconciliationDeliver performance reports to stakeholders and serve as the escalation point for RCM issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle managementProven leadership experience managing a team of at least 2-8 direct reportsDeep understanding of healthcare billing, insurance payers, and claims processesKnowledge of Ambulatory vs. Hospital Outpatient billing (CMS 1500 vs. UB04)
