A company is looking for a Research Support Agent US Part-Time (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality multi-channel support to customers through telephonic, chat, and email communication channelsDiagnose and resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertiseReport feedback and advocate for customers to resolve issues effectivelyRequired QualificationsPossess a Juris DoctorateHave proficient PC skills including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshootingExperience with Lexis Advance and Lexis+ productsAbility to work flexible hours on a part-time basis (19 hours / week required)Demonstrate customer service relationship-building skills in all customer contacts
