Position Summary :
We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and experienced Sales Representative to actively open and manage retail accounts across South Florida (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the spirits industry, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Acquisition : Proactively identify, target, and open new retail accounts for the Amnisia Vodka brand, expanding our presence in key markets.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Provide feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Promotion and Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and account activity. Provide regular updates to the senior management.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience for our retail partners.
Qualifications :
Experience : At least 3 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least one year focused on retail account management and sales. Experience with ultra-premium or luxury brands is a plus.Network : Established and strong network of contacts within the retail sector, particularly in South Florida.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Driven and Self-Motivated : A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
