As the Regional Sales Consultant for the greater New England Territory (which includes all of New England), your goal should be to satisfy your customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. We are looking for positive self starters and those who will build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving revenue across defined territory by nurturing established accounts and building new accounts
Understand the key performance targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed all metrics within a assigned territory
Regularly visit HCP offices, in person, within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
Utilize CRM for pre-call planning and post-call notes for effective territory management
Partner with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and objectives
Use own thorough knowledge of trends and key issues in the supplement field to identify relevant business opportunities
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders in the industry to maximize growth potential
Provide feedback to company's leadership team to develop service optimizations and educational tools for HCPs
Develop educational programs for HCPs and distributor through in-person lunch and learns
Travel regionally and nationally to conferences and professionally represent Researched Nutritionals
Utilize internal resources to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Qualifications
You have at least 2-5 years of sales success in sales and territory development, preferably in the practitioner channel, representing natural or complementary / alternative products (health and wellness, supplements, pharmaceuticals)
You are able to analyze sales and demographic data in order to further your sales goals
Experience reporting and presenting on sales data and activities
