Vibration Analysis Tech II Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

10 years of related experience as a Vibration Analysis Tech

Level II Certification

In-depth knowledge of Vibration Analysis, PdM, and internal components of equipment

Understanding and application of predictive maintenance techniques

Expertise in maintaining rotating equipment

Vibration Analysis Tech II Responsibilities

Perform analysis to determine equipment vulnerabilities

Collect and interpret data for equipment repairs or new projects (diagnostic testing, vibration, ultrasound, and thermal imaging)

Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Inspect, troubleshoot, and analyze data from all rotating equipment to maintain continued operations
