Salary : $85k - $110k (DOE)

What You Will Be Doing

You're going to be preparing and reviewing tax returns for both individuals and businesses. You'll be overseeing junior staff and communicating with managers and partners to provide engagement guidance as needed and occasionally traveling to client sites.

What You Need for this Position Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Review and manage tax provision calculations and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff regarding tax issues
  • Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
  • Assist in tax audits and liaise with external tax authorities as needed
  • Stay updated on current tax legislation and changes in tax laws
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide tax planning support

    • Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
