They are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable attorney to handle all aspects of a case, at times with the help of a managing attorney, from pre-suit through trial. The firm is a multi-office firm with the resources to provide excellent in-house support, current technology, and competitive benefits and salary.

Position Details :

• Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
• Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct legal research.
