We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join us. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer base
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats to the business
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
• Attend industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the company's services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
