Job Title : Senior Pega Developer (Pega DX API & Pega Cloud)

Job Location : Hartford CT or Charlotte NC (Hybrid Model)

Job Employment Type : W2 Hourly Contract

Job Duration : 12 Months (Potential for Extension)

Job Description :

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with expertise in Pega DX API and Pega Cloud to join our team for a longterm contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing and implementing Pega solutions with a focus on API integration and cloud deployment. This role requires candidates to be based in Hartford CT or Charlotte NC and work on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design develop and deploy scalable Pega solutions leveraging Pega DX API and Pega Cloud to meet enterprise needs.
  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems thirdparty APIs and cloud services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Develop and optimize REST / SOAP APIs ensuring alignment with business processes and system requirements.
  • Manage endtoend application lifecycle for Pega Cloud environments including configuration deployment monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Lead code reviews enforce best practices and mentor junior developers on Pega platform standards.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security protocols performance benchmarks and scalability requirements.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning demos and retrospectives.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 7 years of handson Pega development experience with expertise in Pega DX API and Pega Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Pega Platform architecture case management decisioning and integration frameworks.
  • Indepth knowledge of Pega Cloud setup administration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins Git or Docker.
  • Pega certifications such as CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment.

    • Work Model :

    Hybrid Schedule : Onsite presence required in Hartford CT or Charlotte NC for 23 days per week (flexibility based on project needs).
