IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customeroriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will provide technical assistance and support to endusers ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems software and hardware. You will troubleshoot issues resolve technical problems and assist with system maintenance and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems software and hardware.

Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Install configure and maintain computer systems and software applications.

Assist with network connectivity problems and ensure proper network configurations.

Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.

Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.

Educate users on best practices and preventive measures for computer use.

Qualifications :

Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.

Familiarity with network protocols configurations and troubleshooting.

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
