Job description

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer

Location : Clearwater, FL

Pay Range : $37 / hr

What's the Job?

  • Plan and design manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.
  • Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
  • Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and process execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues on the production line and implement process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing support, with a preference for 3-5 years.
  • Experience in writing manufacturing work instructions.
  • Ability to provide examples of process changes that improved product quality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production line issues
