Facility Maintenance I

Toyota Carlsbad  seeks a Facilities Maintenance person with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for excellence!

Position Summary :

The Building Maintenance Tech I collaborates with the Maintenance Department to perform a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency repairs.

Responsibilities include fixing wall and floor coverings, handling light plumbing tasks, and completing minor electrical repairs as assigned.

Qualifications :

Technical schooling and / or training preferred.

Minimum 1 year previous work experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial or industrial setting.

Basic experience in logical troubleshooting.

Possess the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions and communicate effectively.

Must be able to interface with and successfully communicate with a variety of personnel

Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
