Job Opportunity : Construction Estimator – Join the Estimating Team

Location : Gilbert / Chandler, Arizona

Salary Range : $110K – $145K (based on experience)

A General Contractor with offices in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking to add a Construction Estimator to its growing Estimating Department . This position is open to candidates at various experience levels, ranging from those early in their estimating careers to individuals who have gained estimating expertise as Project Managers or through other roles in commercial construction.

Position Summary

The company is hiring for one junior to mid-level Estimator to work on-site at its Gilbert / Chandler corporate office. The selected candidate may come from one of the following backgrounds :

  • An Estimator with experience in commercial construction projects.
  • A Project Manager with significant estimating experience, seeking to focus solely on estimating.
  • A professional with a background in Operations or other roles in commercial construction , who has performed estimating tasks and is looking to transition fully into an estimating role.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience with non-self-performing General Contractors , working on ground-up construction projects of $40M+ .
  • Familiarity with municipality projects, schools, medical buildings, and community centers .
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in CMAR or design-build estimating processes.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : $110K – $130K for early-career professionals and up to $145K for mid-level candidates with more experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 17 days of PTO available on the first day of employment, plus 1 volunteer PTO day annually for community service.
  • 4-week sabbatical offered after 7 years of service, in addition to regular PTO.
  • 401(k) with up to 4% match .
