We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, fabricating, and lean manufacturing principles. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using systems and software to analyze and report on supply chain data.

Duties :

  • Conduct supply chain analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in production planning and fabricating processes.
  • Implement Kaizen principles to continuously improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Utilize systems and software, such as Tableau and SAP, to analyze and report on supply chain data.
  • Apply Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate defects and inefficiencies in supply chain operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address the root causes of problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Analyze and report on supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and improve quality.
  • Utilize SQL to analyze and report on supply chain data.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, production planning, or lean manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with systems and software, such as Tableau, SAP, and SQL.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen principles and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
