Job description

Job Summary :

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to assist in financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct variance analysis and explain differences between actual vs. budgeted performance.
  • Assist in investment analysis, cost reduction strategies, and efficiency improvements.
  • Support senior management in decision-making by providing financial insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other financial reporting standards is an advantage.
  • Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus) :

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  • CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
