Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs under moderate supervision of nursing and medical staff.Observe patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurses or other medical staff.Record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.Measure and record patients' intake and output, assist with range of motion, and draw blood.Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED.Basic Life Support certification.Preferred Job Requirements
Two years of experience in acute or long-term care.Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in nursing school.
