Meet Your Team

  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital featuring The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

    • A Day in the Life of a PCT

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs under moderate supervision of nursing and medical staff.
  • Observe patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurses or other medical staff.
  • Record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
  • Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
  • Measure and record patients' intake and output, assist with range of motion, and draw blood.

    • Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic Life Support certification.

    • Preferred Job Requirements

  • Two years of experience in acute or long-term care.
  • Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in nursing school.
