Full-Time Network Engineer - Dallas, TX
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our client's team full-time in Dallas, TX!
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network infrastructure, security, and telecommunications, with hands-on experience managing Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Call Manager. A CCNA certification is required, along with expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls .
- Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls , including rule creation, port configurations, and traffic management.
- Support and administer Cisco Call Manager , adding and removing phones, configuring new lines, and troubleshooting VoIP-related issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Configure and manage Cisco Call Manager, ensuring seamless communication services across the organization
- Implement and manage VoIP routers to facilitate effective and efficient voice and data communication
- Configure and maintain Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) to support wireless networking needs
- Monitor network performance, ensuring high availability and security of critical infrastructure.
- Perform network troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues.
