Community Liaison with HOSPICE experience!

Seeking an experienced full time Hospice Liaison . MUST have hospice liaison experience with active referral sources in Riverside area.

Job Duties :

• Responsible for generating a targeted amount of hospice admissions per month for the Inland Empire team.
• Must be proactive, conduct pre-call planning, and weekly visits to accounts that will generate referrals to Acacia
• Educate the community and our partners regarding our healthcare services.
• Developing and presenting Acacias hospice services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, assisted livings and community at large.
• Prepare and conduct in-services. Utilize our clinical team for clinical in-services as appropriate.
• Reports to the Regional Director of Business Development.
• Other duties as assigned by DBD and management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in home health, hospice required.

Two-year experience in health care sales and marketing.

Must have current book of business.

Pay structure :

Competitive Compensation : $85,0000 - $100,000 + Bonus Incentive Plan
