Summary : Responsible for properly performing all financial activities related to the Accounts Receivable Division of the Finance Department, in accordance with established company policies, procedures and controls.
Essential Functions :
- Receives non-casino guest service inquiries, resolving issues or directing messages to the appropriate individual.
- Provides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees.
- Prepares billing invoices for direct billed accounts in an accurate, timely manner.
- Reconciles group folios and processes commissions and rebates as contracted.
- Researches and responds to chargebacks from credit card companies in a timely manner.
- Participate in the posting of receipts to direct billed accounts.
- Prepares check requests for guest credit balances and refunds.
- Assists management in collection of past due accounts.
- Maintains effective filing system for Accounts Receivable.
- Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
