A company is looking for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor to support members in reducing or eliminating alcohol use through various treatment methods in a remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new members and formulate care plans in collaboration with medical staffFacilitate individual coaching sessions and manage a caseload while monitoring health outcomesDocument sessions and develop new clinical tools while maintaining HIPAA standardsRequired QualificationsCertified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent, with certification from IC&RC3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatmentBA / BS and / or MA preferredExperience with EMR systems, telehealth settings, and evidence-based treatment programsSecure private space and high-speed internet access for conducting sessions
