LVN Job Details :

One on one private duty nursing shift care
Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care
Monitor client’s condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications
Notify supervisor of changes in client’s condition
Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques
Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
Participate in Continuing Education Programs
