The ideal candidate will assist clients in selecting the best products for their unique needs, ensuring that each solution is tailored to deliver optimal performance. This role requires the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, work closely with both the sales and design teams, and provide expert recommendations to customers.

80-120k (Based on Experience)

Job Duties :

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their specific gearbox requirements and provide expert recommendations for the most suitable products.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales discussions to post-sale follow-up.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are met with feasible, high-performance solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, product documentation, and specifications.
• Offer product training and support to both internal teams and customers.
• Manage the technical aspects of customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues or concerns raised by customers and work toward quick and effective solutions.
