Job Title : Associate Project Manager - Supply Chain Management
Location : Remote-LOCAL to Thousand Oaks CA 91320 (Onsite once a month)

Business Unit : LATAM Supply Chain (LATAM = Latin America)
This job is a combination of Supply Chain and Project Management with more inclination towards Supply Chain
Must be within driving range for F2F meetings when needed and staff meetings)
Candidates must have strong technical Spanish skills. This team supports Latin America and strong Spanish verbal and written communication is a MUST HAVE.
Ideal Candidate : B.S. and 2-3 years of experience. Previous pharma experience is a nice to have.
Job Details :
- Under minimal supervision, coordinate and manage launch and life cycle plans according to the commercial strategy for assigned programs for Latin America and Canada region (LACAN)
- Communicate across a wide range of staff levels (Up and Down)
- Develop effective relationships with cross functional teams to ensure continuous supply and launches of new products
- Convey the regional and global aspects into actionable plans at the country level for launches
- Create and provide multiple scenarios based on various combinations of inputs and variables, as required
- Development and coordination of launch plans (pre-filing, pre-launch, launch, and post launch)
- Develop strategy with cross functional teams (global, regional & country) and determine the optimal plan to ensure uninterrupted supply in alignment with the country’s approval and requirement
- Actively participate in planning meetings (as required) to ensure that project needs, priorities, and timing are understood and met
- Serve as the primary liaison representing the country and region with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs,
- Corporate & Local Planning, and Product Delivery Teams and Operations to ensure coordination of all activities necessary to fulfill the launch and supply plan
- Lead meetings with key stakeholder and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintains the project roadmap and associated templates and standards
- Supports ongoing Operational Excellence initiatives for implementation
- Ensures timely implementation of Key initiatives for the region
- Ownership of monthly reporting dashboards with the task related to their role
- Provides support to other Americas Supply Chain functions upon request
- Manage portfolio & projects assigned
