Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our HR Admin will play a key role in preparing for and supporting events before, during, and after game days. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating staffing needs, and has a passion for food and beverage operations. This position is considered an Hourly / Seasonal / Part-Time Employee

COMPENSATION : The hourly rate or salary range for this position is

21.00  to

22.75 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $21 to $22.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs / wk average annually.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs event day operations including set up, employee check in, post check in reconciliations, incident reporting / coaching, and oversees employee checkout
  • Assists with the setup and operations of hiring fairs.
  • Assists with the setup and operations of onboarding and orientation.
  • Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
  • Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
  • Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and / or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy / scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in excel and / or google sheets
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and / or arms
