Remote Schedule, working 8am-6pm

You will be collaborating with and supported by a team of consultants who specialize in strategic skill sets along the drug development lifecycle, offering our clients unrivaled delivery of critical talent in niche areas on a contractual basis.

Requirements :

5+ years of recruitment experience

Proven background in pharma / biotech recruitment with contract placements

Experience working at a Life Sciences Recruitment Agency

360 recruitment background with experience sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent

Experience manage the end-to-end recruitment process for pharma and biotech clients

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
