Job descriptionHigh school graduate or GED equivalent required. Current unrestricted Vocational Nurse License in Texas Current BLS certification for healthcare providers (written exam and in-person assessment) at time of hire or within 30 days of hire One to two years of related LVN experience in a clinical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Must have reliable transportation for daily travel to various locations / clinics as assigned. LPN - Float
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an LPN-Float to fill an opening with a large managed care organization in Austin, TX.
Daily Responsibilities for an LPN-Float :
- Generating and distributing reports using secure file exchange
- Educating and training providers and staff on quality measures and best practices
- Goal setting and accountability
- Role does require some travel around the Austin area. (Mileage is reimbursed)
- Support in telephonic outreaches to patients as needed.
- Shift : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm M-F
- Dress code : Scrubs (any color)
