What’s in Store

We're on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist . As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide help and advice to people using computer software or equipment and support information technology (IT) employees within Davies Claims North America. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations and maintaining the quality of services provided to clients and employees alike.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Perform data updates and maintenance.
  • Conduct client tier structure change analysis and implementation.
  • Manage claim data changes.
  • Oversee new client setups and validation, including Medicare and Bill Review setups.
  • Maintain IS physical files.
  • Provide 1st-level end-user support.
  • Handle vendor setups.
  • Maintain 1099 B-Notice records.
  • Enter billing information.
  • Process daily checks.
  • Validate and send daily / weekly registers (non-automated).
  • Manage report-related tasks, including standard report requests, report schedule setups, and month-end report validation / re-runs.
  • Utilize introductory SQL skills for ad-hoc report creation.
  • This role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic understanding of computer systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Willingness to pursue further education related to job duties and necessary skills
