Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Updates, tracks Service Pricing Salesforce projects assigned by Lead Project Manager.
- Gathers and inputs data or current customizations into customer's Service.
Pricing Excel workbooks following process direction.
Assists Lead Project Manager with accurate Salesforce project status.Liaison with other departments within CDK.Follow set agenda and or process outlines supplied by Lead Project Managers.Performs client follow-up on approximately 50 contracts per month.Works to establish efficient processes.QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Detail Oriented.A familiarity of Service Pricing Systems, CDK Service, CDK Drive Service and Parts applications, and other CDK Systems offerings.Familiarity with CDK "Install Tools"- Salesforce, Impact, Heisenberg, Data Warehouse etc.Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the automotive industry, Fixed Operations preferred.Minimum of 2 years' experience within CDK preferred.Salary Range : $69,000 to $78,500
