We have immediate openings for Lead & Assistant Teachers to Join Our Team!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
  • Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Job Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Complete and pass state required background check
  • Qualified Lead Teachers have : 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field
  • Assistant Teachers have : A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Pay based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

    • Lead Teacher : $19.16 - $28.75

  • Teacher : $17.74 – $24.84
  • Assistant Teacher : $16.90 – $23.36
  • Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
  • Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
  • Monday-Friday work week
