Description

• Defining project scope and objectives
• Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities
• Monitoring team performance and addressing issues
• Tracking project expenditures against budget
• Identifying cost variances and implementing corrective actions
• Managing change orders and contract modifications
• Forecasting project financials and reporting to stakeholders
• Communicating risk updates to stakeholders
• Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project
• Addressing client concerns and managing expectations
• Ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables

Profile

• 5+ years of construction experience working on large commercial projects
• Self sufficient, gives and recieves feedback, team oriented leader
• Looking to grow within the company long term
• Has worked for reputable General Contractors
• Local to Phoenix
• Team first mentality
• Construction Management or similar degree preferred
