Job description

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented talent for project management support for the US Pain Medical Affairs Team. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and efficiency within our medical affairs function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of strategic planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Support : Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the goals of the Acute Pain Medical Affairs Team ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Project Management : Lead and manage cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on deliverables.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making processes. Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, clinical development, and regulatory affairs, to align strategies and enhance collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in medical affairs, operations, or project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards related to medical affairs.
