The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the loan process, from origination to close, while paying close attention to the compliance of current lending policies and regulations. 60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Reviews and analyzes all loan documentation received such as appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, income, assets, and title insurance.
- Inputs loan file documentation accurately into necessary software programs.
- Reviews and Submits applications and conditions to the underwriter for approval.
- Orders third-party documentation and reports.
- Provides status updates to Mortgage Loan Officers.
- Monitors overall loan processing cycle time to ensure loan closes on time.
- Obtains and verifies clearance of all underwriting conditions and prepares the file for submission to closing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
