Responsibilities

Self-deliver and self-facilitate customer user training, as well as the potential for customer facing technical training

Demo and train customers and administrators on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process

Assist in content creation / preparation of training materials

Write customer facing nCino Knowledge articles from issues that have arisen and the solutions identified during the implementation process

Facilitate technology training, onsite and remotely, using your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Union’s business process

Lead projects and / or initiatives within the nCino University Team

Mentor juniorlevel training staff

Independently strategize training delivery methodologies with revenue generation goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years experience or an equivalent combination or exceptional performance

Engaging public speaking / presentation skills

Detail oriented with good organization skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Instructional, retail / consumer lending, and / or salesforce CRM experience

Ability to perform technical training sessions for client banking system administrators in Salesforce platform

Salesforce Administrator Certification or ability to obtain within set time period

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 50% travel
