Job Summary

The Employee Relations Partner plays a vital role in fostering a positive and compliant work environment. As part of Caliber’s Teammate Relations Center of Excellence, you will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of HR principles, you will enhance our culture and support our purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life.

Annual Compensation :

Pay range 80k to 87k with 5% of bonus depending on the experience

Role and Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations : Support programs to promote employee engagement, morale and a positive workplace cultureProvide confidential counseling and support to employees on work-related issues including performance management, conflict resolution, harassment and discrimination.Collaborate with managers and HR partners to develop, document and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulationsMediate and facilitate resolution of conflicts between teammates and managers.Investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment, workplace misconduct and performance deficienciesConduct confidential interviews with employees and managers to gather information and understand concerns.Maintain complete, accurate and confidential documentation of employee relations issues and investigations using Company approved processes, tools and templates.
  • Policy and Compliance : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.Conduct training sessions on HR topics, such as harassment, discrimination, and workplace safety.
  • Communication and Collaboration : Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and resolving conflict effectively.Maintain and protect the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Additional Duties : Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations metrics and trends.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products, top tier HR systems and case management tools
