Job description

The OpportunityA fortune 500 telecommunications company seeks a Real Estate Specialist in Houston, Texas, Charlotte, NC or Canonsburg, PA. The position is hybrid : Tuesday through Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday are optional WFH days. This is a temporary assignment expected to last at least 12 months, possibly longer. The hourly rate is up to $40 plus benefits. Primary DutiesThe Real Estate Specialist (RES) will be responsible for managing and facilitating real estate transactions related to the company's assets, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of critical deliverables. This role involves reviewing and interpreting real estate documents, negotiating consents, and addressing issues to support efficient installations and marketing of towers. The RES will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to minimize risk, meet operational goals, and ensure contract fulfillment while adhering to corporate policies. Additional duties include the following : Review and process real estate tasks within set timelines and forecast guidelines.Negotiate consents and remove restrictions to ensure timely customer installations.Interpret real estate documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Manage large-scale projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Address and resolve real estate issues with property owners, ensuring compliance with lease agreements.Collaborate with legal teams to resolve landlord default claims and ensure transaction documentation is processed properly.Oversee external vendors, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and with proper quality control.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Urban Planning, or equivalent experience.3-5 years in real estate (wireless industry and zoning / permitting experience preferred).Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to interpret legal documents and contracts; customer-focused approach.Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.Ability to train peers and adapt to changing business needs while upholding company values.The Partnership - BenefitsABA-MEC Medical BenefitPEP 401kPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), Working Advantage {discounts), and Financial Wellness Program (FinFit)Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions is an equal employment opportunity employer and all applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination based on race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or citizenship status.
