Withum seeks a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding Withum's market position and for achieving specific related financial goals. The Business Development Executive can be based out of our Boston, MA, Braintree, MA, Providence, RI, or Woburn, MA office location. This person will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities both independently and in coordination with the Firm's Partners, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Business Development Executive will work with the Partner group, marketing and other key staff to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the Firm. They will also help manage existing clients to ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Rhode Island : $100,000 - $160,000
