Role Overview :

This position is perfect for those who prefer shorter hauls with ample time at home. Expect to cover about 2100 miles per week, mostly within the Midwest region, with the flexibility to adjust based on your preferences. We prioritize your home time, ensuring you're home for at least 34 hours each week, with three out of four weeks including a weekend break and one mid-week break. You'll handle freight mainly through drop and hook operations and will drive our fleet of 10-speed manual trucks.

Compensation :

Your average weekly income will be around $1300, with a minimum pay protection of $1,100 to ensure financial stability.

Orientation and Equipment :

Join us for a welcoming three-day orientation where breakfast and lunch are provided, and travel, lodging, and compensation are covered. You'll get hands-on with our modern equipment, including 2016 or newer models like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadia, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with a 1500-watt inverter and Opti-idle program. We also offer a take-home option for your truck, provided you have a safe parking spot.

Qualifications :

To join us, you need to be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A license. We require six months of recent tractor-trailer experience or one year within the last three years, and at least 48ft tractor experience.
