Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 00pm. This role may require flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings to support and execute special events as needed.

As the Executive Chef at American Commercial Barge Line, you will take charge of crafting and overseeing innovative menus while ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You will lead the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of a top-notch kitchen staff, driving culinary excellence. In this dynamic role, you'll plan and purchase all ingredients and supplies, ensuring the café runs seamlessly with fresh, high-quality provisions. Your attention to detail in food preparation and maintaining a spotless, safe kitchen will keep everything in line with the highest health and safety standards, elevating the dining experience to new heights!
