Waterville Company seeking a highly motivated and dependable Machine Shop Opera tor to join their team at a leading investment casting company. The Machine Shop Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines to perform finishing operations on castings. No prior machine experience is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Machine Operation : Operate machines to perform finishing tasks on investment castings.
• Material Handling : Load and unload castings into machines and fixtures safely, ensuring correct positioning for machining.
• Inspection : Perform visual inspections of castings and use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Tool Maintenance : Monitor machine tools for wear.
• Workstation Maintenance : Keep the work area clean and organized, removing chips and debris from machines after operation.
