Requirements :

  • Data Entry : Accurately input, maintain, and update records related to job intake, leads, and commissions.
  • New Job and Lead Intake : Serve as the first point of contact for incoming projects and leads, ensuring all necessary information is captured and processed efficiently.
  • Commission Preparation and Audits : Prepare, audit, and review commission reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support : Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence to support the sales and operations teams.
  • Team Collaboration : Coordinate with sales representatives, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements :

  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required.
