You will play a key role in our client's commitment to excellence by assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring a seamless repair process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the collision repair process, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on our customers’ experiences.
Shift : Days
Salary : $58K-$80K (plus commission)
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using CCC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and team members through effective communication regarding repair estimates, timelines, and additional details.
- Coordinate with the repair team to order and receive required parts on time.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their repairs, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.Proven experience as a Collision Estimator.In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.Proficiency in CCC software; familiarity with Mitchell is a plus.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
