We are currently partnering with a client in North Dallas to find an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility while contributing to the strategic pricing efforts of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day pricing and quoting processes for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate pricing proposals.
• Prepare both complex and standard pricing quotations for new and existing business lines.
• Develop traditional pricing models and support the exploration of innovative pricing approaches for new business models.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis of new business, comparing actual performance against proforma projections to evaluate bid accuracy in terms of volume, mix, and profitability.
• Manage and update pricing templates and models, ensuring they reflect the latest industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across the pricing cycle, pricing models, quoting processes, and related tools / applications.
• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support day-to-day operations.
• Leverage project management tools or applications to stay organized and efficient in pricing processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems and BI tools, including Salesforce, Sage Intacct, UKG / Ultipro, NetHealth / Optima, Power BI, Tableau, and Domo, is highly preferred.

Estimated Rate Low - $115,000

Estimated Rate High - $120,000
