Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land surveying and related activities to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement land surveys for a variety of projects, such as construction, utility installation, etc.
- Collect and analyze data from land surveys by using instruments such as Total Stations, GPS and Theodolite
- Perform calculations and prepare documents such as maps, land plats and legal descriptions to accurately reflect results of surveys
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
- Maintain up-to-date records of survey results and other related information
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and land use planners to ensure accuracy of project designs and legal descriptions
- Follow all safety regulations while on-site
