Position : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Laurel MD (Hybrid 3days Onsite and 2days Remote

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description :

years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platforms architecture and capabilities.

Preferred experience in the water and wastewater industry and familiarity with Oracle utility applications.

Demonstrated experience working on largescale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques including scripting in JavaScript Jelly and AngularJS.

Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.

Handson experience with modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM and CSM.

Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs web services and middleware technologies.

Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g. Azure).

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
