We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. - Position is for Day shift - 7 am-3 pm M-F
- Experienced Front Desk with PEP systems strongly encouraged to apply!
- Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Bookkeeping : keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
- Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
- Field customer complaints when necessary
- Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and please only apply if you meet this criteria Qualifications :
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
- 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift and please only apply if you meet this criteria Compensation : $13.50
