Job Description

  • Only qualified Paralegal or Site Acquisition Coordinator candidates located near the Mesa, AZ area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Qualifications :

  • Proactive, takes initiative / self-starter, quick learner
  • Attention to detail – Must be able to read and understand legal real estate documents and proof them for accuracy
  • Solid user of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel especially)
  • Highly organized and able to manage heavy workloads with time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work well with others across multiple organizations
  • Ability to manage lease management and property management including but not limited to lease abstract, LL management, etc.

    • Job Role :

    Ideal candidate will have either paralegal, wireless leasing or title company documentation experience.
